New Beginnings

New year, new blog! Don't you just love the energy of starting off a new year? Isn't there something magical about having a new calendar and new planner and a fresh start? So special that you need a run on sentence to describe it! It's not unlike the feeling of beginning a new life with your soul mate. Many of you reading this have just become engaged and you have your whole wedding planning and married future ahead of you.

A new spark to start a new journey. For many of you it's into the unknown. I tell so many of my clients that most people who are getting married have never planned a wedding before. The cost of chair or even what they are called (chiavaris) are just totally unknown, whereas to an event planner, they are what I live and breath. ) are just totally unknown, whereas to an event planner, they are what I live and breath.

Although the ins and outs of event planning come second nature to me, what I love about my job is every new couple is just that: NEW. You come to me with fresh ideas and perspectives. You push me to my limits with how I'm going to make all of your ideas work seamlessly the day of the wedding. It's why I do what I do.
